Job Summary: As part of our Asia Engineering Hub, we are seeking ATE Test Engineer to support our Signal Integrity Products group. In this role, you will develop and implement test solutions for our point-to-point transfer of high-speed data in optical communication, broadcast television, and professional AV markets. You will collaborate closely with other engineers from design, product and characterization teams to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: • Work on NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release • Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs and hardware for production testing, primarily on the Advantest V93000 platform • Analyze electrical specifications from device datasheets to create ATE test plans • Create probe and final test schematics, and design/optimize test hardware • Collect and analyze device performance data and help establish test limits through temperature characterization • Manage production test programs at manufacturing sites • Identify and drive test time and test cost reductions, and well as yield improvement projects

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering (or equivalent) • 3+ years of experience in test engineering within the semiconductor industry. • Proficiency in developing test programs and hardware for automated test equipment (ATE) • Good understanding of signal integrity principles and high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuit testing • Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation to drive yield improvements • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications: • Experience with PCB development software tools • Proficiency in C/C++ programming • Experience in V93000 tester platform or UltraFlex is an advantage • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural cross-functional team environment • Knowledge of DFT, DFM and 6-sigma principles • Good background on statistical test such as PAT, SBL, SYL
