測試開發工程師

【Responsibility】 1. Maintain or develop test programs using ATE for FT test. Work on all issues to reduce test cost, cycle time, improve test efficiency for MP(mass production) test. 2. Work with IC design team to define, develop, and ensure quality of testing methodologies. 3. Responsible for all SW (test program) & HW (probe card/loadboard) implementation from engineering to production. 4. Evaluate/do device characteristics and related corner lots test, as well as post data processing. Do bench to ATE correlation test, too. 5. In charge of CP and FT NPI to testing house. Work with PE closely to achieve CP and FT yield targets. 6. Co-work with PE to handle RMA (customer return parts) test and ATE tests for reliability tests. 【Qualification】 1. Minimum 3~4 years working experience in semiconductor test field. 2. BS in engineering fields such as electrical & electronic engineering, or Microelectronics, or computer science, MS is a plus. 3. Basic knowledge in Analog/Digital device circuitry. Knowledge of design for manufacturing, design for test, digital/analog test methodologies and circuit analysis skills will be added advantage. 4. Experience on test platform of D10. or on equivalent ATE with demonstrated strong learning capabilities. Those with knowledge of DevOps or basic software development methodologies will be preferred. 5. May need to travel to testing houses 【工作說明】 1. IC FT的測試程式開發與維護。處理所有測試相關問題，比如降低測試成本、縮短測試週期，提高量產測試效率。 2. 與IC設計團隊合作，定義、開發IC測試方案並確保方案品質。 3.負責從工程到量產的所有軟體（測試程式）和硬體（探針卡/負載板）實施。 4.評估/執行器件特性和相關corner批次測試，以及後期資料處理。也要進行FT到MT（功能性測試）的相關性測試。 5.負責CP和FT的新產品導入（NPI）到測試機構。與PE緊密合作，以實現CP和FT的良率目標。 6.與PE合作處理客戶退回部件（RMA）測試和用於可靠性測試的ATE測試。 【需求條件】 1.在半導體測試領域至少有3~4年的工作經驗。 2.工程領域的學士學位，如電氣與電子工程、微電子學或電腦科學，碩士學位優先。 3.具備類比/數位器件電路的基本知識。具備製造設計、測試設計、數位/類比測試方法和電路分析技能的知識將是額外的優勢。 4.有D10測試平台的經驗，或具有類似ATE的經驗並展現出較強的學習能力。具備DevOps或基本軟體發展方法論知識者優先。 5.可能需要出差至測試機構。
