As a Principal Product Engineer at Marvell's Hsinchu office, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our optical module production lines with contract manufacturers in Asia. This position offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in and drive the success of Marvell's cutting-edge optical products, including Silicon Photonic Light Engines, pluggable modules, and co-packaged optics. In this role, you will develop and implement test solutions for our point-to-point transfer of high-speed data in optical communication, broadcast television, and professional AV markets. You will collaborate closely with other engineers from design, product and characterization teams to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
• Work on NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release
• Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs and hardware for production testing, primarily on the Advantest V93000 platform
• Analyze electrical specifications from device datasheets to create ATE test plans
• Create probe and final test schematics, and design/optimize test hardware
• Collect and analyze device performance data and help establish test limits through temperature characterization
• Manage production test programs at manufacturing sites

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Circuit Design Engineer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital IC design, microarchitecture development, RTL coding, and verification.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of high-performance UHF RFID integrated circuits.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with low-power CMOS technologies.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal IC design.

This role will involve maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the TEL test equipment used in the wafer testing process at outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) supplier. The job holder will work to ensure equipment reliability, maximize production efficiency, and ensure all operational and technical requirements are met.
• Perform Elmos consigned tool (eg. TEL prober) regular preventative maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Involve in troubleshooting and resolving major TEL prober issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with wafer process engineers, test engineers, OSAT, and Elmos teams to ensure smooth operations, drive OEE improvement efforts related to the prober, and support the implementation of new TEL prober methodologies for advanced technologies.
